Sabey requested that\u00a0our\u00a0firm perform Environmental Graphic design services for the re-development of Inter-gate Manhattan Data Center project at 375 Pearl Street, New York, NY. CMI provided the High Rise Data Center with information design, and planning services, design\u00a0management, naming convention standards and color specification to reflect the Sabey color scheme. After extensive inspection of this site from street level, we determined the best placement of the Sabey Canvas marketing signs mounted on shed parapet to procure and install the \u201crendering\u201d signage required under newly passed local law 41.<\/p>\n

CMI later coordinated the sidewalk shed wrap of 650 running feet for phase 2 of the renovation project. 375 Pearl is the address of the iconic Verizon building.<\/span><\/p>\n
