The challenge was to create a consistent interior, core and exterior shell sign program that bridged several legacy sign systems and would meet new CUNY system branding guidelines. We developed a report that outlined all existing sign elements for demolition and reserve (some of the signs were legacy signs to be replaced in the building after renovation). CMI designed the building name across the main Lexington Avenue entrance and the building name plate at two entrances. CMI works closely with architects to realize their vision for the renovation and meet owner\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n
