The Corning Center For Learning provides a broad range of services to clients. At one end of the spectrum are situations in which we deliver specific learning programs to specified employees. At the other end are partnerships in which CCFL acts as a virtual member of the organization to assess employee learning needs and to meet these needs inside the firm. Clients may range in size from those employing fewer than 100 to those that employ thousands.
Upon request, CCFL sometimes acts in a consulting capacity to advise a client about training and development. This is particularly helpful for organizations that are undergoing major change such as rapid growth, downsizing or altering strategic direction.
