Instructional Design
CCFL applies either the traditional ADDIE model or its Rapid Prototyping Model, depending on the project requirements. In the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) model, the design and development team looks at the entire system to develop a comprehensive and complete solution to meet the instructional need.
Often the project constraints require a shorter project timeline. For this situation, CCFL has developed its Rapid Prototyping Model. In this model, prototyping steps are built into the instructional development process. This means the customer is able to see the product development at key stages along the way.
