Our Leadership
Garry J. DeRose, Director of CCFL, is ultimately accountable for our activities, strategy and performance. Garry DeRose oversees CCFL business affairs and conducts personally frequent presentations on learning strategy and organizational change for CCFL clients and has spoken at ASTD, ISPI and IQPC national conferences. He is a published author and holds an MA and PhD from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Syracuse University.

Our strategy is to achieve excellence. We are a non-profit organization chartered by the New York Board of Regents. Our board is made up of executive level experts actively involved in the subjects we teach.
