Garry J. DeRose

Director and CEO

He conducts frequent presentations on learning strategy and organizational change for CCFL clients and has spoken at ASTD, ISPI and IQPC national conferences. He is a published author and holds an MA and PhD from University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Syracuse University. CCFL is a non-profit organization chartered by the New York Board of Regents. Its board is made up of executive level experts in the subjects for which CCFL provides learning programs. We combine a systematic curriculum development process with excellent communications skills, and a keen focus on client goals, culture and skill needs. We prefer to do a thorough evaluation up front but can turn a program around quickly when necessary.

Director of Business Development

Develops and monitors goals and standards for several CCFL departments. She is an experienced project leader who manages complex, multi-level projects, oversees budgets and ensures that training is linked to client needs and provides measurable results. She is also directly involved in curriculum design, training and delivery and consulting.

Operations Manager

Grace improves process flow, ensures that the quality of course materials meet standard specifications. She also manages the CCFL call center and finance department. She supervises all internal department standards and serves on several internal project teams.
