Our curriculum begins with a foundation course, Managing for Success, followed by courses in Managing the Performance System and in interactive skills required for Supervisory Performance.

 

Our curriculum builds the effectiveness of supervisors and managers.  It stresses company procedures such as constructive performance reviews, effective objective setting, skilled hiring of the right people, and positive discipline.
